Thursday brings new Diploma Hunts! Collecting diploma pieces is a fun way of competing against yourself and others. For each piece, you will get 10 000 jewels and if you collect all pieces (1-3), you get an animated version of the diploma that only you can see! Remember, only money tournaments count towards your diploma task points.

Gold Digger is piece number one for Klondike King, the Midas Solitaire diploma. Solve the game with 2 shuffles or less, and you've performed the task. All you need for the piece is 7 of these tasks.

Hairy Collector finishes off the Chuzzle diploma, Chuzzle Chizzle. The tasks is simply to clear 100 Chuzzles, and you need 70 tasks for this final piece.

Today is again everybody's chance to win 200 €, 150 £, 300 $ or 2000 kronor!

That is unless you do not live in one of those states where playing pool is not allowed due to legal restrictions. Those states are Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee and Vermont. There is nothing we can do about that... if you have any complaints, please write a petition to your governor.

What do I have to do to win that money? Simple, just beat Jeanette Lee in a game of multiplayer 8-ball! Well, not THAT simple, because many players will try to do the same. So just go into the 8-ball lobby and wait. If you are lucky enough, you will get picked by her and take on a world-class pool champion head-to-head in a live-match.

Don't get too nervous then, keep calm and play your game. Jeanette is a very nice person, but also very competitive. And she has become really good at online pool, too! So, no presents are given away, you have to earn it with a good game. Have you all practiced?

The event will last 90 minutes and start at 8 p.m. Central European Summer Time. That would be 7 p.m. British Summer Time, 2 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (if you live in new York for example) or 11 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (if you live in California for example).

Sunday, July 20, sees the return of Jeanette Lee, the famous pool champion from the United States and feared "Black Widow", to King.com.

She will be in the 8-Ball Lobby for another 1,5 hours from 7.00 pm GMT <14.00 EST, 20:00 CET> and take you on for a game worth 200 EURO (or the equivalent in your local currency)! Whoever beats her will receive the cash, which can be withdrawn right away. Who loses, should not be to disappointed, because he lost against a real champ and world-class pool player.

Here again the Rules of engagement:

1.
You must be a registered King.com player and over 18 years of age to enter.

2.
To win a prize you must be a registered Gold Player, enter and play our "Jeanette Lee 8-ball Tournament" game on July 20, 2008 between 7 pm GMT and 8:30 pm GMT and beat Jeanette Lee according to our systems. We reserve the right to analyse and investigate your game play to ensure that you played fairly and did not use unfair means to win. We regret that tournaments that are interrupted for technical reasons will be disqualified In the event of a dispute the decision of King.com shall be final.

3.
The prize will be 200 EUR (or equivalent local currency) and prize winners are only entitled to win one prize irrespective of the number of Jeanette Lee 8-ball Tournaments that they may win.

Prizes will be transferred to the King.com account of each winning Gold Player within 21 days of July 20, 2008.

Soul Channeling is the first piece for the Word Seance diploma, Seance Medium. The task is to write two approved 6 letter words, and you need 7 tasks to get the piece.

The Memo Matcher diploma makes use of the 5 pair meter. If you light it by making 5 pairs in a row, you can perform the task by making a star pair. This is something you should always strive for, since the star pairs' higher score means that you should take them as late as possible to build up a nice multiplier first. 40 tasks needed for the piece.
